Appointments currently held via telehealth for clients age 18+.
Consult your Doctor to review eligibility for referral under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). Referrals are accepted under various private health, transport accident, workplace insurance and employee assistance programs.
Once referral is received, our admin team will contact you by phone to discuss intake and book the initial appointment.
On-boarding information and appointment confirmation will be sent via email & a text message reminder sent 24hrs prior to your appointment.
Private appointments without a referral can be organised, contact our admin team (03) 8606 3505 to discuss your circumstances.

The standard consultation fee with a Clinical Psychologist is $211.85 per session.
A GP Referral (MHTP) covers a medicare rebate of $141.85 leaving an out of pocket fee of $70.00 per session.
This is not a bulk billing service.
Private Health Insurance polices provide rebates depending on your plan and level of cover.
WorkCover, Comcare or TAC referrals are considered. Contact our admin team (03) 8606 3505 to discuss your circumstances.

We do not consult clients through NDIS or in context of Centrelink DSP applications, court reports, community corrections, child protection or family violence orders.

Ambulance Paramedics, MICA, Dispatch, AV contractors & dependents can access our service as part of the VACU.
Our practitioner details are listed on the AV Intranet.
Bookings can be made without a referral.

Current and ex-serving Royal Australian Navy, Australian Army and Royal Australian Air Force personnel and their dependents can access clinical psychological therapy as we are an approved Open Arms and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) provider.
Review your eligibility with DVA and Open Arms or contact us to discuss a referral.

Phoenix Australia Responder Assist is the Centre of Excellence for Emergency Worker Mental Health.
We are part of the Phoenix Australia Responder Assist Specialist Network of Clinicians.

Victoria Police and Australian Federal Police members are welcome to access the service through the BlueHub Network.
Please contact BlueHub, or a representative from TPAV or the AFPA for a referral into the BlueHub network.

Consultations are provided via telehealth for humanitarian, aid and disaster relief workers nationally and internationally.

Clinical Supervision

Group supervision and reflective practice is facilitated for a variety of healthcare and humanitarian aid organisations, peer-support programs, emergency service and mental health teams.
For current group members, we encourage you to liaise with your respective group supervision co-ordinator or team leader directly as an initial point of contact.

Individual Supervision is available for registered Psychologists, psychologists completing a training program under AHPRA and the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA).
Primary and secondary supervision can be provided via telehealth for:
Registered Generalist and Clinical Psychologists
Provisional Psychologists
Psychologists undertaking a Registrar Program
