Telehealth

Healthyside practice is oriented to high quality telehealth delivery

Sessions

  • Consultations are delivered via telehealth using video & telephone platforms.

    To optimise your session:

    • Dedicate your time & space the same way you would for a face-to-face consultation.

    • Create a private, comfortable and quiet digital environment.

    • A desktop or laptop screen is preferable.

    • For your own privacy, use headphones if you are sharing a space.

    • Ensure your device is charged and you have a stable internet connection.

    • No logins or downloads are required. Simply click the meeting link.

    • Allow access to camera and microphone when prompted.

    • Have access to a charged telephone in case of disconnection, lag or login difficulties.

    • An appointment is scheduled with a referral to our admin team (03) 8606 3505.

    • A confirmation email will arrive with session link, introductory and consent information for review.

    • A text message reminder and email with session link will arrive 24-48hrs prior to the session.

    • Click session link at the appointment time to join the consultation.

    • No logins or downloads required.

    • Sessions are strictly private and confidential.

  • Some presentations may not be suited to telehealth delivery. Our clinical and admin team will review this upon intake and assessment.
